What Is a Debenture
A debenture is a formal, documented instrument acknowledging the amount subscribed and the terms of repayment agreed between the debenture holder and the company.

How the Subscription Works
Funds are deployed into the agriculture, dairy, and processing business, which is intended to generate the business volume that supports the applicable return structure.

Tenure & Lock-in
Plans are available across 6, 12, 18, and 24-month tenures, with a minimum lock-in period applicable to all debentures.

Exit & Redemption
Principal is returned at maturity as per the selected plan and the terms of the debenture subscription agreement.

Interest Distribution
Monthly Income Plan debenture holders receive periodic payouts via direct bank transfer; Compounding Growth Plan debenture holders accrue value through reinvestment.
